Who is Rosdell?

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. In most cases, your order will arrive within 4–9 business days in total. As soon as your parcel is on the way, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow its progress.

Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?
At the moment, we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. This allows us to maintain reliable delivery times and consistent service. If this changes in the future, we’ll share the update with our customers.

Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every order includes free shipping within the United Kingdom. There are no minimum spend requirements and no special conditions.

What if I need to return something?
If a piece isn’t quite right, you have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return. Simply email us at support@rosdell.com and our team will guide you through the next steps.

When will I receive my refund?
